#PlanetCleanup Travels the Country! With Opportunities to go Beyond!
Saving Daigdig Project and The Good News have once again joined forces for a joint mission. A mission to protect our Planet Earth. A 3 in 1 activity that provided locals and volunteers in Nueva Ecija an opportunity to see the Earth’s beauty, and for people to come together.
Last August 9, 2025, the two organizations held a Tree Planting, Mountain Cleanup, and a Charity Outreach all in a single day in Nueva Ecija. The objectives of these activities were to protect the mountains, restore the beauty of the area, and to give a livelihood for the locals through attracting tourists. We must show respect for our Earth by simply keeping it clean at all times.
Saving Daigdig Project is a passion project that makes sunglasses that protect the Earth in a way that purchases funds for these projects. Projects such as cleanups, tree planting, etc. While The Good News is an international volunteer organization dedicated to protecting and preserving the planet. It only made sense for both to work together to preserve nature. In addition, preserving our nature also leads to a domino of positive effects, such as better education and a brighter future for all of us.
Mountains restored, trees are set to grow for a better future, and the community is happy. Saving Daigdig Project and The Good News can safely say mission success. A cleaner environment means a safe and healthy Earth, and also for all life. The goal of both organizations is to go worldwide after already being successful in our nation. This has already greatly progressed, with Saving Daigdig Project beginning to launch globally, while The Good News has already reached other countries such as Nigeria, Thailand, and more. Whenever there are opportunities to protect the planet, we must always take them. Step up for the people as well, to work together, to form a community of dedicated volunteers.
Another goal achieved from this activity was to raise awareness of the situation the planet is facing. Through the power of social media, sharing the positive news, they reach people to wish to help. Help, such as monetary donations, purchasing your products to fund your projects, or personally volunteering to participate in the campaigns.
None of this would have happened if it weren’t for the support of everyone, to be able to reach an entire nation, and aiming for more is a reality because of the awareness raised, and those who have given help either through voluntary action or through donations.
To end this productive earth-saving activity, the community was treated to a well-deserved meal along with receiving clothing form donations. As an appreciation of their efforts, it was our turn to give something back. Since it’s all about being one community, we share our achievements and blessings with one another!
